Biography:
Commercial real estate veteran, Michael Taylor joined Mattiace Properties in 2019.
With more than 1,500 retail leasing / brokerage transactions, he has been involved in leasing over 200 shopping centers, helping owners attract and retain high-quality tenants.
From 2001 to 2015, Mr. Taylor was founder and co-owner of Vision Real Estate, LLC, based in Nashville, TN. Vision’s focus was on retail third party services including Landlord Leasing, Tenant Representation, Accounting, Property Management and Asset Management for over 5 million square feet across Mississippi, Tennessee and Kentucky. In 2015 he and his partner merged Vision with Colliers International, Nashville division, a leading global real estate services and investment management company.
He is a multi-year recipient of the Board of Realtors Commercial Awards of Excellence, as well as the CoStar Power Broker Award.
Mr. Taylor is a licensed real estate agent in Tennessee and Mississippi and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
He has a BS in Business Administration and Political Science from Union University, and an MBA from Millsaps College.
