Biography:
Andrew Mattiace is the President and founder of Mattiace Properties, Inc. He is also the owner and General Managing Partner for The Mattiace Company and Mattiace Development Company, LLC. Prior to starting his own company, he was the Hinds County Comptroller and Deputy Chancery Clerk.
Mattiace Properties, Inc. was founded in 1979 and has been actively involved in real estate development of shopping centers and office buildings in Mississippi, Tennessee and Louisiana.
Mr. Mattiace is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and has served on its Governmental Affairs Committee and as a speaker at several ICSC Conferences. He has served on the Board of Directors of Community Bank of Mississippi and various for profit and non-profit companies and organizations. He is currently Chairman of Downtown Jackson Partners.
He holds a B.S. in accounting from Belhaven College.
