Biography:
A.S. (Sandy) Hearron began his real estate career in his family business as a broker and construction supervisor in 1971. In 1985 he joined Continental Management and Development Co., Inc. and performed various duties such as leasing, construction management and property management. The company built and managed eight enclosed malls and numerous strip centers all over the southeastern U.S. In 1994 he was named President of Continental when Mattiace purchased Continental in 1997. Mr. Hearron then joined Mattiace as Vice President. He specializes in national retail tenants. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
